Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Fantastic short break with family in beautiful setting
Location and grounds were beautiful. Lovely spacious and well equipped kitchen
Sofas seemed a bit tired. Was attached to another property and guests played music loudly too early one day.

A beautiful estate with many cottage options to choose from
A perfectly sized cottage for 3 couples in a beautiful location. Full kitchen and washer/dryer combo made it easier to pack light. We only stayed for 3 nights, but would love to come back some day. We took a lovely walk through the estate and saw pheasant, deer, Llama, cute and friendly goats and inquisitive cows, plus a beautiful garden and lovely stream.

Our experience was not solid luxury!
Lovely location - pity it wasn't detached as we thought. Very clean and staff were on hand with the unfortunate issues we encountered.
Semi detached not detached as pic shows, that was very misleading. Could hear very loud noisy neighbours through bedroom walls late into the night. No hot water from bath or sink in downstairs bathroom. Very bad sceptic smell coming into kitchen from outsider drains.

School chums get-together
Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were of a very high standard. Hot tub was great fun, even in the rain for a short stay. Very private setting, peaceful, nice views and local walks.
Wish hot tub had a covering/ gazebo, so our towels were kept dry whilst in tub. Quite a drive to Braemar , had already visited Blairgowrie on the way there. Wish beds could have been split to singles as were friends sharing.
