    Spacious, relaxing, well-equipped family-friendly house with housekeeping issues

    Spacious, good kitchen and dining facilities, good beds, extra bedding/sheets. Nice deck with gas grill. Lots for kids to do, including outdoor trampoline, toys, board games, nice TV screen. Quiet and relaxing. Prior to arrival, owner was very communicative and upbeat.

    Multiple dishes and utensils were not clean; some dishes chipped. First floor bed's sheets were not fresh and were sandy. I informed owner and he did not apologize; said I should notify him so he could remedy it. Huh? No coffee despite a coffee maker; owner said no coffee is provided, but I don't expect to bring coffee with me. Owner gave us a housekeeper phone number but she said last worked for owner 3 years ago and had asked to remove her phone. In the end, I was dissatisfied with owner's response, leaving a bad feeling despite an overall nice stay.

    The location and position was amazing!! close to the best attraction of the area, plenty of space, lots of outdoor space. The host has been since the beginning cordial and welcoming, and very communicative, giving us all the info requested and being hospital.

    Unfortunately we have encountered some issue with the external amenities and the cleanliness of the property. The firepit chairs were old and broken. Some of the utensils were still dirty and the surfaces a little dusty. The beds were comfy but the lower bedroom had a couch/bed more than a bad.
