Most of it. I saved up all year for this holiday it is a luxury for us. To start with we found a lot of dirty dishes the bath mat was filthy and had to be removed from the bath so the bath and shower were like a skating rink. There was a rug in the living room that was turned up in the corner I tripped over it multiple times I am disabled and also have cancer in my kidney. The bin in the kitchen was filthy. Then on the second night we found 2 slugs in the sitting room we thought we must have brought them in on our shoes. The following night there were more and they were over at the drawers in the living room where they had been the previous night I went over and seen more climbing up the wall and stuck on the backs of the drawers we hadn't brought them in at all that was the last straw I complained and was ignored. I also told them that none of the large bins outside had been emptied and were overflowing. I messaged them the owners the following day that I was entitled to a response and they said as it was the weekend there MANAGER couldn't do anything I didn't hear back from the manager at all. I went out on Monday morning to go to a show with my sons and my mobility scooter had been stole I got in touch with the owners straight away for access to their cctv they told me to leave them alone i was leaving tomorrow to let it be I was disgusted. It cost me £189 to replace the mobility scooter. It says on the first page of there house rules that this was a quiet street and the neighbourhood children would be around but they were lovely and sweet this isn't true the street was noisy children and adults shouting and swearing cars revving up really loud and backfiring. What I didn't mention about my mobility scooter was I had taken the keys and the battery inside to charge so a mobility scooter that couldn't start up was stolen and a MOBILITY scooter at that.

The location to town was good and there was lots of parking around.
The house is not well maintained at all. The shower is falling off the wall, the lock on the single toilet jams so you get stuck in there. The sofa needs cleaning and has lost all support in it, the rug is filthy and gave us a rash sitting on it. The kitchen has a mix match of stuff, and not enough glasses the amount of people staying. You only get 1 towel per person, no hand/hair towel, no floor mat for the shower, no tea towels. Some windows dont open and others the blinds are broken. Overall it needs a deep clean and a lot of things replacing and sorting out.
