    Nice property well maintained but the rules and host left us feeling uncomfortable

    The property was well maintained, light and comfortable.

    The property was covered in framed house rules. As you walk in the hallway is lined with multiple different rules on top of the extensive list that was messaged to us in advance. On the first night after 11pm we received a text asking for an additional deposit for potential damages outside of booking.com. We were also given a call by the host as we were leaving asking if the house was clean and if we had broken anything. Very odd and made us feel uncomfortable. The surrounding area is also not the nicest although we didn’t spend much time there.

    Great place for a weekend in Bristol, convenient for Clifton
