    Secluded stay within walking distance of beaches and restaurants

    We really enjoyed our stay at Chekesh Casa! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Super close to Tubod Beach and Marine Sanctuary, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Motorbike rental was also arranged through the host which was very convenient. We even ended up extending our stay! The property is located away from the main road, which is great as it’s much more quiet, no noisy motorbikes. Beautiful garden on the property and the rooms are tucked away making it feel very private. Noticed some reviews criticise the wifi but we were able to use social media and stream what we liked and when we liked. Either way, you’re here for a holiday, go outside, don’t sit in the room on your phones!

    Plastic kettle, would be nice to see it replaced with all metal, but that’s a personal health preference that probably won’t bother most people

    Recommended stay in San Juan

    De locatie is fijn. Ietsje vanaf de doorgaande weg en daardoor rustig. De kamers zijn netjes en in een knus hofje. Goede airco en wifi. Een scooter is zo geregeld en de massage 'aan huis' was top! 's Avonds eten in de Chekesh bar is een aanrader. Heerlijke curry.

    Tout, le jardin est magnifique. Le propriétaire loue un scooter Honda qui fonctionne très bien.
