  it was calm, nice, will definitely want to stay when next i come here and it is just amazing

  OK but not for a longer stay

  Good location

  This property had a broken blind in the bedroom and lounge. When my wife tried to open the blind in the bedroom so she could open the window, the entire blind fell on her. The blind wasn't secured. I contacted the agent and was told that someone would come around and sort it the following day. This didn't happen so we were moved to a different property. That was good customer support. The new property was closer to the center of town and was nice. We rented it for 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend staying at these properties for more than a week as there isn't a change of bedding or towels. I contacted the host and was told to use the washing machine. All well and good but there wasn't a dryer. How is one supposed to wash and dry within a day.

  Disappointing stay

  Immediate response to complaint about the cleanliness of the apartment. A cleaner arrived within an hour and corrected the problems. Good standard of linen and towels.

  On arrival the external appearance and location of the apartment was not what I expected. Rather than a modern block it is situated in a converted terrace house with parking spaces to the rear. On entering the property it was unclean with smeared mirrors in lounge and bathroom, food stains to kitchen door fronts, stained toilet and bed throw with stains which was removed by the cleaner Venetian blinds to all three windows were unusable due to broken mechanisms, as there were no curtains we hung a throw at the bedroom window for privacy. A request to replace the blinds for our 5 night stay went unanswered. The booking process was very strict so I was expecting a high end property, unfortunately I was very disappointed.
