    They left us stranded in the middle of the night with no reason

    I booked this property well in advance. They contacted me only once to confirm my stay but they never replied to any of the messages I sent them on the platform or WU. This fact troubled me since I was travelling with my elderly mother and wanted everything to be perfect. Luckily, I followed my instinct and the night before my flight I booked a plan B because when we got there by taxi at the time we agreed we were not welcomed on the street as other previous guests mentioned in their reviews. We were not welcomed at all. The property gate was closed and they spoke to us through the house window. They were rude and unprofessional, they left us stranded in the middle of the night with no internet and no warm bed to rest after a 15 hour journey from Europe. They just said they were not accepting any guests. I asked them why they could not inform us by booking or WU or by simply cancelling our booking instead of letting us come to the property to find that out. They replied without apologizing and asked me to cancel my booking, which was not refundable btw. So we left. Instead of paying 20$ for the taxi, I had to spend 50$ to go to the second place I booked. Which could have been avoided if they had at least cancelled on us in advance. Who is going to refund me the money I wasted getting there to be denied entry? They did not care about their guests, two women in the middle of the night with no way to book another place or taxi. I was lucky my taxi didn't just drop us there and left. They should not manage a property.

    No lo recomiemdo

    No fue posible comunicarnos con los numeros de contacto del sitio por ningun medio, de tener respuesta oportuna, me toco buscar otro hotel a tardes horas de la noche, teniendo en cuenta los vuelos retrasadla que tuvieron pof la situacion dell terremoto en el pais.

    Como no pude contactar el sitio, no pude disfrutar, ademas el sitio segun las referencias por taxistas y locales no esta bien ubicAdo en materia de seguridad
