    Overall a very good experience. Check in was very easy and communication was good even though you are chatting with a bi

    Location is fantastic! Apartment was much larger than expected and very comfortable

    WiFi was terribly slow. Connection would come and go. Unfortunately check in times are not flexible at all. Even if you only need to drop your bags 30mins early they wanted to charge an extra £60 even though we were planning to check out 4hrs prior to their requested time.

    Great Location, quiet place within walking distance to tube stations and whole foods is just 100m away!

    Old and dated furniture, old fixture and fittings.. these bring down the place and is not justifiable!

    This 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious. The host was extremely accommodating when we wanted to add an ext

    The location was superb- close to buses, trains and restaurants. Choice of supermarkets was great. Very comfortable beds.

    I didn’t like the stairs to the downstairs apartment as they were difficult to manoeuvre with suitcases. It was disappointing to have no view. Minor things like no tissues, garbage bags or sink plug were easily rectified.

    Ok-ish for the money. No customer support.

    Location is good.

    There’s no real customer support. You talk to an AI that pretends to be helpful. The door is operated by a smart lock. I had an issue with it and it took me a while to figure it out. Called the company but the number did not work. The only reply I had was from the AI on WhatsApp. There were also some minor defects: broken furniture, stains the carpet, broken shower head. One of the wardrobes had an unhinged door. The microwave broke down after second use. I did not bother reporting all this as the AI would have blurted a nice reply. All in all it’s clear that the owners are squeezing every bit of profit from this property, without real investment or care for customers.
