    Stay was mediocre.

    The surroundings and location

    Food was not that great. We had to ask for towel, shower gel in the bathroom. There was not much breakfast options. Very very limited.

    An amazing place to stay for families

    Service is excellent. Rooms are amazing. We visited with our family and the staff is very sweet and very understanding. Rooms are well maintained and pool is also well maintained.

    This was not just poor service,it reflects a lack of basic hygiene standards and accountablity

    We were promised a quiet, peaceful stay, and while the property itself was calm, the overall experience was disappointing.

    The room was superficially clean, but the linen was visibly dirty and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Despite having a booking for three people, the room was not prepared accordingly. We had to request extra bedding and linen ourselves. The most serious issue, however, was the food hygiene. At breakfast, boiled eggs were served in the buffet, and only after eating one did I realize there was visible fecal matter on the shell. On checking further, multiple eggs appeared to have the same issue. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. I have photographic evidence. What made matters worse was how this was handled. The manager was initially unavailable, and when he finally met us, he was dismissive; insisting that everything goes through 'multiple levels of checking' instead of addressing the actual problem. The response was to deny rather than resolve and we had to show him the contaminated eggs and dirty linen. Ironically, the property has a ₹5000 fine policy if guests soil linen, yet we were provided with soiled linen ourselves.
