The apartment was comfortable and generally pleasant to stay in, with a good location and overall conditions. One chair collapsed during normal use, and afterward there was an attempt to charge us via Booking for this damage. Some basic kitchen utensils were missing or worn out, and despite earlier communication, a proper frying pan and an oven tray were not provided. For a long stay, only one set of bed linen and towels was initially available, with more provided only after requests. Contact with the owner was possible, but not all promises were kept. Free parking is available in front of the building, though it is very difficult to find a spot. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this apartment for long-term stays.
