    Most terrible experience- SCAM

Nothing. Terrible experience. SCAM and false advertisement. Booking is not checking what property is mentioning on the website

SCAMMMM---Firstly, the advertised property address is wrong and they shared the exact location upon arrival. It is no where close to Hays tube station and it takes 20 mins by bus to reach the tube station. Secondly, they do not have three bathrooms as advertised. They have only 2 bathrooms which is very old and shower knobs don't work unless you apply lot of wrist pressure (forget opening /closing with soap hands). The general condition of bathroom and bedroom is very unhygenic. The main bedroom beds are almost broken and can fall off anytime. Both the host and booking.com were very unhelpful and did not provide any solution and spoiled our family holiday.
