    Great for a stop-over or a short stay.

    Great choice of fresh fruit, youghurt and cereals as well as a good range of freshly cooked-to-order hot foods. Hosts friendly, welcoming and helpful and room (en-suite with great shower!) clean, comfortable and well appointed with tea/coffee, tv and wifi. Private off-road parking to rear.

    Perfectly happy with all of it. Great value for money.

    Lovely, well kept/run guesthouse

    Met on arrival, car park is included and as the area can be busy this was a real plus. 5min walk to the beachfront past local/independent shops and cinema Very clean rooms, comfortable bed Lovely breakfast with options for full/vegetarian cooked plus cereal/fruit

    Comfortable, clean and great location.

    I found the hall and stars dark at night to return to our room as I couldn’t find the light switch, but other than that the property was very nice.
