    Great value for the price. Close to the entrance of Blue Ridge parkway. Very convenient! Enjoyed the comfortable bed,!

    When we checked in and went to our room, the bed was unmade and the room hadn't been cleaned. We were told that the housekeeper had walked out on them and they didn't know the room hadn't been prepared. Someone came and prepped the room while we waited.

    Because we had a dog, I believe the room was a lower standard. I felt like we were staying in a kennel with all the barking dogs around us. The smokers had a table outside our door to smoke and there was trash and butts everywhere. I wouldn’t stay there again. The Hiltons are great for dog owners.
