  Unsere anfänglichen Bedenken aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen waren zum Glück völlig unbegründet, denn wir wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus und der Pool waren bei unserer Anreise in einem sauberen Zustand.Die Zimmeraufteilung war super und die Badezimmer machten auf uns einen vor kurzem sanierten Eindruck.Auch wenn die Einrichtung insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und wir uns ein wenig mehr Besteck gewünscht hätten, hat das den positiven Gesamteindruck kaum geschmälert. Nach fünf Tagen wurde der Pool professionell gereinigt und es wurde neue Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, und dennoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch gute Restaurants befinden sich direkt in der Nähe, und die wunderschönen Strände sind in nur zehn Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

  Die Mücken, aber da kann das Haus nichts für!:-)

  Extremely Disappointing Experience! One of the worst properties I ever saw in Croatia.

  The location is central, close to the highway, outside of the central area of the village. The owner of the tourist agency managing the tax and key was extremely nice and helped as much as she could. She was the only bright side of our stay!

  Below expectations and unfortunately ruined a significant portion of our vacation. Instead of a "villa," the property felt more like an unorganized collection of discarded items. Master bedroom without air conditioning and without a bathroom! • Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the villa was so incredibly dirty that I had to spend the entire first day cleaning it myself. The stovetop was covered in baked-on, rusted residue from previous guests, the floors were filthy, and the windows were so obscured by grime and damage that you could barely see outside. • Condition: The house was filled with old, mismatched furniture and random items that gave it the atmosphere of a storage unit rather than a holiday home. • Kitchen & Amenities: The kitchenware was completely inconsistent—not even two plates or glasses matched. The dishwasher was not properly installed and moved freely under the counter. The kitchen sink faucet was so poorly designed that it sprayed water everywhere, making it impossible to use without getting soaked. • Bedding: The bedding felt archaic, like something from the early 1900s, and was entirely inappropriate for the summer season. Furthermore, the bath towels were so old and abrasive that they were painful to use. • Outdoor Area & Pool: The outdoor furniture was damaged; 3 matching chairs are available. No pool cleaning net provided. When it was windy, the pool became unusable, and we were forced to wait for scheduled maintenance rather than clean it ourselves. • Overall Value: Given the price point, the lack of basic maintenance and the poor quality of the amenities were unacceptable. It felt as though the villa had been furnished using items collected from a recycling depot rather than curated for paying guests. I would strongly advise future travelers to consider other options. This property does not meet the basic standards.

  Fint og godt

  Huset og poolen.

  Tallerkner / glas og bestik ligner noget fra en genbrugsbutik, alt for mange størrelser og for lidt. Den gamle rengørings mand havde travlt med at få os væk fra huset, selv om vi havde 5 minutter til at komme væk. Huset ligger i den dyre ende i pris.
