Great spacious home for a family meet up! Huge rooms, plenty of bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen and lots of parking! James was really great at communication before and during the stay! Would definitely book again. Thankyou!

Could be nice, but poorly serviced

Modern, spacious and light property. Quiet location and ample parking.

Very poorly maintained. It looked clean on the surface but it became clear as we stayed that the house was in need of some TLC and no longer matched the photos. After one of the staff walked in without knocking during our stay, we decided not to complain until after we had left. The house had damp and mould due to a dripping shower, dangerous wires were not fixed and one room had a wall-mounted television with a wire 6ft too short to reach the nearest socket. End-of-life saggy cheap sofas, unpatched holes where things had been taken down and a dishwasher on its last legs - not what I expected given the premium price tag. The garden was a further disappointment with emptied ponds left full of dried algae and furniture patched with rough wood. When I asked for an offer of compensation I was threatened with being reported to the police. Poor, poor service.
