    Love/Hate relationship! Great staff! Filthy floor in our room.

    Loved the staff, the view and the exterior and common areas were mint. Loved the beach area too. Thankfully, the linens were crisp and clean.

    Never, and I mean never, have a seen such a filthy floor in a guest room!! We could not take our shoes off unless we had slippers. The bathroom smelled musty, and there was hair in the drain.

    I’ve stayed in many hotels in TC, but this is by far the best!

    Great location, FANTASTIC view. Sitting on the balcony, looking over the bay, your cares and stress just melts away! The room set up is fabulous; two separate rooms; one living, one sleeping.

    It was all good!
