    贅沢な感じ

    全てが素晴らしい。装備品も完璧で手ぶらでバーベキュー行けちゃいます。スタッフの対応も、とても親切でまた行きたくなりました。素敵な旅行になり大変感謝しております。 また利用させていただきます。

    特に見当たりませんが、小さなお子様対策に階段の柵をレンタルしてくれると嬉しいですね。

    Great home & location, amazing service from proactive property mgmt company.

    Great place! The management company (Hakuba White Fox Co.) contacted us immediately to arrange arrival details, bed settings, and check if we wanted to have a BBQ set up for our stay. They met us when we arrived, even though it was late, and showed us around the home. The wood deck at the back is super nice for relaxing in the morning or evenings. There is a BBQ and cooking area. Very private with forest views. We were able to walk down to Echoland in about 5 minutes and check out the restaurants (Calico / Hie). We also grabbed a coffee and some amazing carrot cake/brownie at Sounds Like Cafe. We went to the lake about 10 min away which was so nice on a sunny day. The hosts were fantastic and the house was perfect for our family.

    Good

    everything was as pictured

    snow removal was pretty non existent or slow. we ended up doing most of it ourselves as it would prohibit our ability to make it the mountain in the mornings. had to escalate to get them to send someone to remove the snow as it got so high you couldn’t shovel the snow anywhere else. granted it was during large amounts of snow fall, but not sure what they expected their guests to do except be snowed in?
