    Gute Lage, jedoch zu teuer für ein jahrzehntelanger Renovierungsstau des Mobiliars.

    Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die Lage in Pontresina ist sehr gut. Die Toilette / Badezimmer waren sauber und angenehm.

    Unsere ehrliche Rezession: Die gesamte Wohnung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Alles ist schon sehr abgewohnt gewesen und wir haben uns in mit dem abgenutzten Mobiliar, insbesondere der abgegriffenen Küche nicht wohl fühlen können. Entweder wurde lange nichts erneuert oder die Gäste sind nicht pfleglich mit der Ferienwohnung umgegangen. Es war zwar zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber unserer Meinung nach etwas lieblos. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr dunkel und man fühlt sich zwischen den seitlichen Holzpaneelen eingeklemmt wie in einem Schrankbett. Die Matratze war sehr unappetitlich und gefühlt schon recht durchgelegen. Aus privaten Gründen und auch insbesondere wegen der Küche/ Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer mit dem unangenehmen Bett haben wir nach 1 Nacht abbrechen müssen. Solange eine Unterkunft gut gebucht wird und die Rezessionen passen, sieht man natürlich keine Veranlassung in die Wohnung wieder zu investieren. Aber im Urlaub sollte man mindestens so schön wohnen wie zuhause, oder schöner - sonst ist es für uns keine schöne Zeit. Vielleicht sind wir verwöhnt 🤷🏼‍♂️. LG
