Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Austausch mit dem Vermieter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Das Wohnzimmer mit Ausblick auf den Silsersee, Berge und Weiden ist ausgezeichnet.
Die Wohnung riecht deutlich nach Rauch. Anstelle eines Lattenrosts gibt es im Elternschlafzimmer einen Stahl-Feder-Rost. Dieser lärmt beim Bewegen. Positiv sind die getrennten Matratzen.

La ubicación del apartamento es fabulosa, con una preciosa vista y muy cerca de excursiones por la naturaleza. El apartamento es muy bonito, muy amplio y cómodo y está muy limpio. La agencia Speciale nos dio una atención excelente.
Como cosas a mejorar, sugiero hacer alguna renovación. Por ejemplo, en la habitación principal: la cama, la grifería del baño y la cortina de ducha

Posizione, distribuzione delle stanze e spazi, cucina separata completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici inculso bollitore e macchinetta nespresso.
Non c'e' nulla che non ci e' piaciuto. I bagni andrebbero rifatti, l'arredamento un po' vecchio ma va piu' che bene per quello che dovevamo fare.
