The hotel was clean, well decorated and looked great. Staff were helpful when needed.
Kids splash pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked to stay at this hotel. Only 1 of 2 restaurants were open, leading to a long wait for a table and a very long wait on food. Not great when you are with small children.

Only stay if you really need to or get a very good deal and eat elsehwere in the evenings.
Location worked for our conference.
The toilet was leaking and I reported it twice and they did nothing. The wardrobe was just an empty shell with no rail or shelving. The TV remote had no back and so the batteries kept falling out. Breakfast selection was very limited.
