Didn’t meet expectations- needs attention
Location with dedicated parking
Bathroom door swollen/sticking and no lock. Laminate floors showing raised wear and chips. Blinds not working smoothly Overuse of diffuser scents Cooker hob was turned off and after much searching discovered the isolator at skirting level hidden behind the pan drawer. Non- compliant?

Clean apartment well located.
It was in a very convenient location for us attending an event in Wrexham. It had everything we needed. Instructions for entry were easy to follow.
It would benefit from instructions how to manage the central heating and water.

Appartement propre et bien situé.
La grande propreté de l'appartement, la possibilité de se garer devant (place privative), l'espace dans l'appartement, les lits confortables, l'appartement proche du centre.
Le robinet d'eau froide de la douche ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu se laver à l'eau très chaude. Le lave linge fonctionnait mal, la porte avait dû être forcée, il a fallu que je bataille un moment avant de pouvoir lancer une machine (porte défectueuse).
