    a small but clean apartment , in a great location with good customer support

    we stayed in block 9 apartment 3 - the property was in a great location about 1 minute walk from the top of Northgate and about 5 minutes walk into Chester city centre. very clean but small dedicated parking indicated by Noki stays signs rather than apartment number Noki staff were excellent and even rang mid way through to check we were ok. i did have a query at the start of our stay and they were able to answer this when I rang. well equipped kitchen with integrated oven/microwave, hob , toaster etc.

    the property is a top floor flat. There are sloping sides to bedrooms and kitchen/lounge which does make it difficult if you are of a certain height and reduced the overall space. the shower was not very hot there were no mats or coffee tables to put mugs on - so it was the floor or dining table. the instructions do not tell you how to get to the property exactly and Hunters walk directions are not obviously labelled on Google maps though the general location is. the access to the property is from the Raymond Street end of Canal street just under the St Martins way ring road. There is signage on the left hand side . there is a barrier with a keycode . the entrance to the apartment is also keycoded. There is a keycode pad on the door- to activate the keypad you need to place your hand on the keypad briefly then take your hand off- the keypad then lights up . there is not a lockbox as stated in the departure instructions.

    Chester is a lovely town - plenty of shops and restaurants - historical - take a walking tour!

    Location - a five minute walk into Chester City centre. Very clean - all mod cons in the kitchen.

    Two flights of stairs - should have asked for lower floors. No broom or dustpan and brush. No instructions for cooker - thank goodness for Google :) No hanging space apart from the hall way.
