  I would not recommend this property if you value your data privacy.

  The location of the property was convenient, and the size was suitable for a family stay. （優點：地點便利，空間大小適合家庭入住。）

  【The Bad - Facility Issues】 Upon arrival, we found the shower head in the bathroom was broken and unusable. We reported this to the management immediately. While they acknowledged the message, no one came to fix it during our stay. Fortunately, we had access to another bathroom, but this was a significant inconvenience for a family group. （設施問題：入住時發現浴室蓮蓬頭壞掉無法使用。我們立刻反映給管理方，雖然他們收到了訊息，但在我們入住期間完全沒人來修理。幸好我們還有另一間浴室可用，但這對家庭旅遊來說非常不便。） 【The Ugly - Major Security & Privacy Concerns】 The most concerning part was the check-in process. Despite Booking.com’s "Important Information" stating that ID and credit card should be shown upon check-in, the management company (Christchurch Holiday Homes) insisted on an "online check-in" via an external email link. （資安疑慮：最令人擔憂的是報到流程。儘管頁面註明是入住時出示證件與卡片，管理公司卻堅持要透過外部郵件連結進行「線上報到」。） They required full credit card details, including the CVV code, through their private system. When I expressed my discomfort regarding data security, the host withheld the key code and insisted this was their "fundamental operation."
