    Uncomfortable

    The view

    Shocked that there was no elevator. We had a lot of luggage and as older folks, we walked all the way up the set of stairs only to realize that our room was way on the other end of the resort. No one told us this. Unpacked and got settled in only to find out there was a very big leak in the newly remodeled bathroom. We were moved over to another room. The toilet was so low to the ground we could not open the door and sit on the toilet comfortably. We could not run the air conditioner for three days as it was horrifically loud and clunky. We had nothing in us to tell the staff f to move again. Surprised that we did not have a nice comfortable chair in the corner. It was a folding chair. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

    Bad stay experience

    There location was amazing.

    The room was too dusty specially carpet and webs with spiders due to which my wife and baby felt ill.I already mentioned them I’m with 1 yr old also they provide us cod which was too dusty. The fridge was not working need to call the maintenance for setting up.Because of this all our trip got disturbed, it was my baby first birthday and our anniversary which got spoiled.
