Apartment was okay. Comfortable. Good for larger families or groups. Just needs a bit of maintenance
Great location. Really good amenities in the apartment - washing machine (with powder provided) dryer. All beds and pillows very comfortable but one. Host was very responsive to needs (cot and showers fixed).
The blinds need to be replaced/repaired. One bedroom and the lounge was missing blinds. Both bathroom showers were broken but were repaired immediately when I notified them regarding it. However the ensuite bathroom shower still sprayed out the gap in the shower glass door and water went all over the floor and out the door onto the wooden flooring and under a locked door which I believe had the aircon unit in it. Twin beds combined to make large bed in one of the bedrooms but beds were different firmness and height. Both bathroom sinks blocked or just very slow to drain. Wish the outdoor lagoon pool was heated :( but was able to use indoor heated pool.

The location
It is very rundown and needs heavy renovations and basic maintenance. There’s a floor waste missing one of the bathrooms. The vanities are about to fall apart. The water pressure needs attention. The floors were dirty under the beds are filthy. The balcony was filthy. It was very poorly maintained. We had a major water leak on the Friday.

Disappointed and unhappy
The Location was great, pool is always nice
The unit itself is in need of repair, painting and cleaning. Every wall and skirting board were scuffed and damaged, oven was dirty and had damage, pans were rusty, bathroom had tiles falling off the wall, the toilet seat was cracked, bedside tables were stained and damaged so were the kitchen benches, missing blinds, exhaust fans were covered in dust. Using the air-conditioning was not ideal as dust was flying out the vents. Tried reaching out to Optimise BNB, they did not contact me back even after sending photos. I was not asking for a full refund as we did stay the whole time- mainly because we could not find anywhere else. Was looking for a partial refund as the money we paid did not match the condition of the unit. So disappointed as we were there for our daughters birthday and have never had an issue with any units in this tower. We have not booked through this host before. Luckily Booking.com gave me a travel credit, not much but I am grateful to get any.
