Highly recommended boutique Hotel in an interesting part of District 1, HCM City.
The cheerfulness and professionalism of each employee was truly impressive. I needed a ride to a factory and they arranged it. The shower basin drained very slowly, and they immediately addressed the problem. Somehow they knew it was my birthday and presented a cake.
The humidity —can you fix that? Lol.

A very good choice
The hotel is located in a small street off a large avenue, close to restaurants, cafes... I had room M 02 . There was a convenient door between the elevator and the door of my room which allowed for a quiet place. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. I slept very well. Breakfast is good, but if you stay a week it may become repetitive. For a few days it's perfect. And there are lots of fruits. Great staff. I felt at home in this hotel.
Nothing really, but I would suggest sweeping and moping rooms more regularly.

🥞 Desayuno delicioso: preparan panqueques y huevos al momento, además de ofrecer fruta fresca y yogur casero. Los panificados; muy ricos también. 💛 Personal súper amable: los funcionarios fueron muy atentos y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos. 🛏️ Habitación linda y cómoda: un espacio acogedor, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. 🧺 Servicio de lavandería incluido: un detalle excelente, especialmente para quienes viajamos durante varios días. 🦶 Un detalle que nos encantó: por la noche nos ofrecieron un baño relajante para los pies en una cubeta con sales y frutas secas. ¡Espectacular después de caminar tanto durante el día! Un mimo que hizo la diferencia. 😍 📍 Muy buena ubicación: a pocas cuadras de avenidas principales y a metros de un 7-Eleven, súper práctico para comprar lo que necesites. 💯 ¡Muy recomendable! Un lugar acogedor, con detalles especiales y un equipo que te hace sentir bienvenido. Sin duda, una excelente opción para alojarse en Ho Chi Minh. 🇻🇳❤️

I stayed in Chez Mimoza Patel. The newest hotel. It was modern and clean, art work on the wall was tasteful. Comfortable bed. TV had all the apps and I could cast to it
They should drill holes in the fridge cabinet to let the heat escape.
