    We feel incredibly lucky to have stayed in this hospitable hotel.

    We loved our hostess! She was warm and graciously allowed us to upgrade to a room with a terrace and a full kitchen. Her mother gave us a ride to an ATM in a neighboring town so we could pay her in cash, and went out of her way to drop us off on the trail of the Via Francigena so we could continue our pilgrimage down through the Aosta river valley.

    Wonderful. Great for those walking the via Francigena

    Very clean and has everything you could need. We arrived early into town and we’re sitting near the church and the owner walked a couple blocks down from her property to tell us we could check in early which was nice after walking all day down from Saint Bernard.

    Very few amenities in town so the location isn’t the best for someone who is backpacking…. but we knew this going in so we were prepared.
