    Todo genial, la ubicación del piso inmejorable, la distribución es preciosa y con una luz preciosa. Lukas nos recibió y ha sido super amable y muy eficiente, nos faltaron filtros de café y los trajo de inmediato. Muy buena comunicación con el. Un 10 en todo.

    Pues quizás la cama de mi hija algo incómoda.

    Would book again but please sort out hot water issue!

    Prime location! Walking distance to everything. Lively area. Large apartment. Cosy feeling.

    Limited hot water for shower. Ice cold shower water wasn’t ideal.

    Good location and spacious apartment, but cleanliness, maintenance, and accessibility need significant improvement.

    The apartment is spacious and in a very convenient location. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you may need.

    The apartment was not very clean upon arrival, and I had to clean several areas myself. The bed linen had an unpleasant smell, and the kitchen equipment was not properly clean. The ACs did not cool properly for several days, and the master bedroom AC leaked water throughout the night. We reported the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. The elevator is also difficult to access as you need to climb approximately one floor of stairs first, which was very tiring with a stroller and luggage. When it rained, the elevator stopped working, and we had to carry all our luggage down from the third floor using the stairs. Having only one key was also inconvenient for a family.

    We would happily come back to stay next time we are in Lisbon!

    Everything! The apartment is very central, very large and very comfortable. The check-in and checkout process are very smooth and the staff was very helpful
