  Mieszkanie ze wszystkim, co potrzeba i bardzo blisko centrum.

  Blisko centrum. Winda.

  Mieszkanie znajduje się w alejce, której zapach pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Jednej nocy ktoś spał na kartonie na jej początku.

  Could and should have been a great place to stay.

  Location was good. Bed was comfortable and kitchen and bathroom clean.

  There were a lot of mosquitos in tge apartment and in the lift - and squashed on the walls! Very noisy upstairs neighbours who woke us at 3am! Only one set of keys between the two of us made doing anything separately very difficult.

  Posizione strategica ma con diverse criticità da risolvere

  Il punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la posizione: si trova in pieno centro a Firenze, rendendo comodissima la visita a tutti i principali luoghi d'interesse. Ho inoltre apprezzato la comunicazione con il proprietario, sempre tempestiva.

  Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le aspettative, specialmente in relazione al prezzo pagato. Abbiamo riscontrato diverse criticità fin dal nostro arrivo: la struttura è invasa dalle zanzare e, a causa della mancanza di zanzariere, abbiamo trascorso notti decisamente difficili. Inoltre, abbiamo notato problemi di manutenzione in camera, in particolare il lavandino che risultava otturato. Anche la descrizione dei servizi non è stata rispettata: quello che era indicato come letto matrimoniale si è rivelato essere l'unione di due letti singoli, decisamente meno confortevole. Segnalo infine che la via in cui si trova il B&B è caratterizzata da un persistente cattivo odore che rende sgradevole l'accesso alla struttura; pur non dipendendo direttamente dal gestore, è un fattore che contribuisce negativamente all'esperienza complessiva. Con pochi ma mirati interventi di manutenzione e attenzione ai dettagli, la struttura potrebbe migliorare notevolmente, ma al momento attuale non mi sento di consigliarla.

  Lovely, clean, comfortable and close to all the amazing Florentine attractions!

  Beautiful stay with an authentic Florentine feel bit with all the amenities you need as a traveler, such as a coffee maker, washing machine and hot shower. Our host who checked us in was very kind and helpful. We were very close to all of the attractions including the duomo. The bed was comfortable and it was just such a unique, quaint stay that was clean and accessible. It was down an alley that sometimes was dirty, but we felt very safe the whole time.

  Some strong smells of weed at times outside of the apartment.
