    Slanted floors, a terrible bed, and hosts that don't see to care about their guests' comfort

    The location is great, a quiet, safe street in the wonderful Plateau neighborhood. That's the best thing about this place.

    The messages from hosts seemed to be autogenerated and in almost all messages the important details like the actual door code, wifi password, etc were blank and I had to ask multiple times to get them. There was no bath soap, no hand soap, and no bath mat. There was a Nespresso coffee maker but no pods. The bed was terrible. It's missing screws so feels like it's falling apart and the mattress was lumpy. One of the biggest issues, which is not clear in the photos, is that the floors significantly slope from the edges to teh center of the apartment. This includes in the bedroom and bed isn't level so you feel like you're rolling off the bed. There was a sickly sweet smell when first entered the apartment - like someone had vaped inside or in the hallway and it drifted inside. The window next to fire escape doesn't latch. Th closet doors are hard to slide open. There is nightstand on one side and no real reading lights on both sides of the bed. The couch and chair are soiled, like ground in dirt and slouchy. The photos look great, but in reality this place is not a comfortable place to stay. We do not recommend.

    Do not book this place. I booked it , quick respond , then when it came to meet for ID verification , they just bailed on me. Leave no without answeres for hours... found booking number and called , still had to wait 7 days for my money back just go book another place. Really rude no explications just VANISHED.
