    Will not be back

The location is directly opposite an informal settlement. The view is also overlooking a dirty ground

The entire apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. Down to the linen. It was difficult to sleep because of the smell. The building doesn’t have amenities like a gym or pool so it’s quite boring. Also the apartment doesn’t have a blanket or heater, which is difficult because it’s freezing in there.

Dissatisfied, disappointed and not worth the money. Rent a hotel room instead

The minimal furniture for the unit and a cumfy bed

There’s no hot water in the unit, team doesn’t respond to emails or texts via bookings.com. Can’t cater to an adjusted late check out. All round inconvenient and extremely pricey for the area. They offer coffee and tea with no milk. Soap & shampoo in the bathroom is dish washer soap and towels are dirty. Windows don’t open properly. No security at reception between 8-9:30am. Honestly ridiculous service. I don’t recommend booking with Top Host Property - property looks nothing like the images provided.
