    My worst experience with booking so far, never rent anything from Arca!

    Nothing!

    When we arrived there where no keys. We had to contact the owner to find out that the property was not available ( I assume it was double booked). There was no refund offered, the owner was very unfriendly and the alternative offered not equivalent!

    Do Not Book — Dirty Sofa, Noise All Night, Skin Rashes

    The Location

    Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the sofa was full of dust and had an unpleasant smell, likely from pets, which made the living area unusable. The apartment is located in the basement, and we could hear every noise from the neighbors above. At 1:00 a.m., the neighbor was loudly banging on the floor, and washing machines were running around midnight, making it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the shower water smelled strongly of chlorine, and as a result we all developed skin rashes during the stay. In addition, there were strange noises coming from inside the apartment, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The overall conditions were unacceptable, far from what was advertised, and caused significant stress and health concerns. For these reasons, I will also be filing a complaint directly with Booking.com.
