    Soggiorno pessimo sporco con servizi inadeguati.

    Esperienza davvero pessima. L’alloggio era in condizioni di pulizia inaccettabili: abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche, asciugamani sporchi e, oltretutto, in quantità insufficiente rispetto al numero degli ospiti. La cosa più grave è stata trovare addirittura un filo interdentale usato sul comodino e diversi ciuffi di capelli tra le lenzuola. Elementi che ci hanno fatto seriamente dubitare che la camera fosse stata pulita e preparata adeguatamente prima del nostro arrivo. Il cosiddetto “divano letto” è stata un’altra grande delusione: non era assolutamente un vero letto e risultava estremamente scomodo, rendendo difficile riposare decentemente. Come se non bastasse, abbiamo avuto anche problemi con l’acqua calda, cosa particolarmente grave considerando il prezzo pagato e il servizio che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura ricettiva. La sensazione generale è stata di totale trascuratezza, scarsa igiene e poca attenzione verso gli ospiti. Quando si paga per soggiornare in una struttura, il minimo che ci si aspetta sono lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, una camera realmente pulita, un posto adeguato dove dormire e acqua calda funzionante. Non consiglierei assolutamente questo alloggio e non ci tornerei.

    Cozy and comfortable stay

    Overall, the property was very clean and tidy. True to pictures, The Best part about the property was kitchen and common area. It was cozy and well lit with good facilities. Host was super helpful and kind, even late at night when we had a small issue, he was available to talk and help us out.

    Since it was a new building, the passageway towards the room was not very well lit. Also, the washroom door in one of the rooms doesn’t close fully.
