    Very good

    Location was good. A few restaurants local and chains (Wendy's, Subway). Easy access to Walmart and Marshalls for your essentials. An easy walk to Condado beach evening though it was not good for swimming. Spots for having drinks in that area. Felt relatively safe and comfortable in the area.

    The floors in the apartment and the bathroom look dirty and can therefore deter guests from booking future stays. That was definitely a turn off for me. Had to slippers to wear in there. Many people visit Puerto Rico for the beaches and it is unfortunate that beach towels are not provided. Not the area to stay in if your trip is mainly for sea bathing. Was only able to get 1 burner on the stove to work and one of the lamps in the room with 2 beds needed a new plug
