    Finding the hotel was an experience in itself. There is not a spe fiction address, " it is near Ayala and IT Park" The specifics if the location were texted 10 minutes after our arrival. The building is not named ' Chic n Cozy '. Upon arrival we were informed that we did not have a booking???? ,despite the fact that we produced our Booking number. After a lot of to and fro we were checked in. Apparently, the unit is owned by a Malaysian and managed by an unpublished complex owner. We were informed that the contact number for the booking was a Malaysian number. Would certainly not recommend this experience to others. Booking . Com must have some responsibility and complicity in this comedy. A long history with Booking. Com, but this is an unacceptable error and poor communication. Not again.
