    Attention! Beware the properties under Chillhave brand in Venice. They probably will scam you. After reservation on Booking require filling out a form on a third-party website, including uploading guests' passports. Its my 5th and worst reservation in Venice. When we entered the room, it smelled like a dirty toilet, poorly disguised by cheap air freshener. The bed was broken. All the furniture was in terrible condition. There were traces of excrement on the toilet brush. The owner responds slowly or ignores messages; their profile contains fake phone numbers.

    The only thing that was sad was that the old air-conditioning was still on the balcony and no table or shares to sit on the balcony

    No miror in inside the room only bathroom,no cutting board for cooking..
