The apartment was beautiful, but the poor service, communication problems and strict rules...
The apartment was wonderful, especially the view. If I remember correctly, we were on the tenth floor. The building was very exclusive and beautiful, both inside and outside. The apartment had a very good layout, and I really liked the furniture and the facilities. It had everything I expected from an apartment.
When we arrived, collecting the key was very difficult because the reception staff spoke very little English. As we came from England and speak English well, we found communication surprisingly difficult. I believe reception staff should be able to communicate properly in English. On the second or third day, I washed our clothes and put them on our large balcony to dry. A security guard came to the apartment and told me in an unfriendly way that this was not allowed. He said we had already received information about this rule and warned us that we could face more serious consequences if it happened again. I never expected to be threatened with sanctions during my holiday simply for drying clothes on the balcony. This made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. At the rooftop pool, apartment guests were not allowed to use the sunbeds with the panoramic view because they were reserved for residents. Guests had to sit on the other side. Food, coffee and even bottled water could not be taken upstairs, and our bags were checked on the ground floor. Everything had to be purchased from the rooftop café. However, its coffee machine was broken, so I could neither buy a coffee nor bring my own. After paying £1,000 for six nights, I expected better service. Rubbish collection was also unacceptable. We were not given rubbish bags, so we had to buy our own. Although we left the rubbish outside the door as instructed and reported it to reception every day, it was not collected for several days. In temperatures of 35–40°C, it started to smell and attracted flies. It was finally removed only after my husband said that we would leave it in front of the reception desk. The apartment is in the party district, so the music outside is extremely loud. However, the windows had excellent soundproofing, so this was not a serious problem for us. The apartment itself was beautiful, but the standard of the services was unacceptable considering the high price.

A very stylish apartment with good amenities and a beautiful view. The price-performance ratio is also very good. I have no complaints; one should perhaps be aware beforehand that there are only two Access tickets for the rooftop pool and the rooftop bar require an extra entrance fee.
