    Despite the great location and nice interior, the terrible cleanliness, late check-in, and lack of hot water completely

    The location of the apartment was great, the interior design was nice, and the apartment was well equipped.

    Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by serious management and hygiene issues: Check-in delay: We were supposed to check in at 15:00, but the cleaners didn't leave until 16:30–17:00. Cleanliness: Despite the delayed cleaning, the floor was so dirty that we had to wear slippers constantly. There was a bad smell inside the apartment and in the storage room as well. Lack of Privacy: Neighbors living opposite could look directly into our kitchen and living room. Broken Amenities: The back room had no hot water, the TV did not work, and the sofa was not pull-out/convertible as described. Missing Items: There were no carpets or rugs anywhere in the apartment.

    Tuve problemas con el código de acceso al alojamiento porque el que me facilitaron era erróneo y no abría, llamé al anfitrión y no me cogió el teléfono, tuve que esperar a que bajara un vecino, y en otra ocasión la puerta se quedó atascada y me atendió otra persona. Desde luego Andrea no estuvo a la altura de un buen anfitrión.
