  Beautiful cosy home, just needs more attention before guests stay, and minor replacements

  Very cosy, beautifully furnished property. The bed is very comfortable. Has everything you need for your stay. Instructions to enter the property are very easy to understand. In the town centre so very easy to travel to other towns/cities and also close to all the stores you need.

  Just a few issues that are very easy to fix, when we entered the property, the entrance to enter the home is very unpleasant. I assume this is landlord controlled? Maybe a contact with them to sort this issue would make the first impression excellent, however when we entered your property it was beautiful. When we first entered, I noticed there was quite some dirt, old food marks, stains in and around the bath/shower, dust, marks on the pillows etc. We did have to go out and buy some products to clean with just to make it more comfortable, a good clean before guests enter would be amazing, especially on the toaster, cooker, tables, bath, toilet, shelves etc. The toilet seats bolts have green crust/ rust etc, could do with replacing and the shelf too? There was a toilet roll holder that was also very rusty. These are just minor issues however, that could be easily fixed. Overall was a pleasant stay.

  Casa molto accogliente, bella, dotata di tutto ciò che serve, personale disponibile.

  Unica lacuna, mancanza di saponi, riempiti con acqua. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

  FANTASTIC

  Very satisfactory, comfortable, the mattress was very good, close to the city center, everything very clean and organized.

  This isn't a complaint, just a suggestion: I think you need new frying pans and pots because there weren't any in good condition, which makes it difficult if you want to cook something. Also, the shower broke, but nothing that I believe can't be fixed. In any case, my stay was incredible.

  Great apparemment, impecable, comfortable and in a great location!

  For Seniors travelers sometimes it's a bit complicated to understand the instructions on how to open the little box so as to collect the property keys.

  The ONLY thing I DIDN'T LIKE was when I opened the street door so as to access "my room door" and I found this very dirty carpet in the short corridor! When I saw it I said to myself...."OH NO....! BUT......when I entered the room, everything was impecable and very comfortable! I would suggest the property to fix this issue and it would be just PERFECT!
