L’appartement offre une très belle vue et bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, à proximité de tout. Il est également bien équipé et dispose de tous les éléments essentiels pour passer un séjour agréable Malheureusement, le gros point négatif est le bruit incessant tout au long de la nuit. La présence de restaurants, de bars et de boîtes de nuit à proximité, ainsi que la musique qui continue jusqu’à 6 h 30 du matin, rendent le sommeil quasiment impossible. À cela s’ajoute l’odeur très désagréable de la chicha. Malgré ses nombreux atouts, cet appartement n’est absolument pas adapté aux familles avec de jeunes enfants ou bébés ni aux personnes qui souhaitent se reposer pendant leur séjour. C’est vraiment dommage, car le logement pourrait être excellent si l’isolation sonore était meilleure et si les nuisances nocturnes étaient moins importantes.

J'ai bien aimé l'appartement, les doubles vitrages était bien utile vu les bruites des voitures jusqu'a 5h du mat.
L'immeuble était insalubre dommage

Un séjour parfait ! L'emplacement est simplement idéal, proche de tout : la plage, le centre commercial et la gare. Le quartier est très calme, sans aucun bruit gênant. Un grand merci à Hassan pour son accueil chaleureux et sa grande disponibilité. Je recommande sans hésitation.
