  Alles hat uns gefallen. Die Unterkunft hat uns alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben.

  Die Klima war ans Wetter gerichtet und ging nachts automatisch aus und morgens automatisch wieder an. Das hat bisschen genervt an Tagen wo es sehr heiß war in der Nacht

  A great property in a great location

  The location of this apartment was amazing- a quick walk to the old town and the state archives where I was researching. There were plenty of dishes to cook with and a few essentials like salt and vinegar, though surprisingly no olive oil. The building was convenient and quiet, and the piazza it faces was a lovely residential area. I was grateful for the washing machine and dishwasher, though there wasn't a ton of dish or laundry soap. There is a lovely balcony that looks east into a rooftop garden and several large grocery stores nearby, as well as great restaurants a short walk away.

  I was underwhelmed by the attendant who met us. She was adamant about our meeting time, then sauntered up 30 min late because she was checking in someone else in at another property. She was in no rush to be helpful or speedy and mostly directed us to the online booklet for the property. She was sure to tell me not to loose my keys because it would be very inconvenient for her to come back and help me. I stayed in a number of places during my time in Italy, and this one is run by the largest vacation rental company in Italy. It shows. The property was great (they had four apartments in my building alone), the service was not.

  Modern and luxurious

  I had a great stay at this apartment in Genova. The building is new and modern, located in a beautiful and quiet area of the city, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

  The only downside can be the price, which felt a bit too high for a small apartment . However, overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would still recommend it to others looking for a quality place in Genova.

  Very pleasurable

  The location! A well to do area, with access to public transportation (bus and Metro), views of the port, all amenities easily available - coffee (bar), beauty shops, seamstress, hairdressers, restaurants, groceries (Carrefour).

  The couch is terrible! Too low and deep! Once you sit down., you can’t get up. We had to pad the kitchen chairs with pillows and sit in them to watch TV or read. Other than that, the apartment was great. Loved the balconies!
