    NEVER AGAIN

    I like the staff, cleanliness of the hotel & room

    Here's EVERYTHING I DIDN'T LIKE!! 1. You have to pay $15 per day for parking 2. Breakfast was an additional $25 per person for a buffet style breakfast 3. When me & my family arrived back to the room Sunday night, my room door was unlocked & wide open. My 1st thought was "maybe house keeping came in & didn't shut the door all the way." However, nothing was done in the room. Meaning, the beds weren't made, we had no towels or anything. I'm happy we took all of our personal belongings because why would my door be open & nothing clean. When I addressed this issue to the front desk she was nice about it & escalated the issue to the manager (whom I never spoke with). A few moments later I get a knock at my door & she gives me towels & sheets. As if I'm suppose to make up the beds. I didn't like my experience here but Bar Louie's & the front desk staff were really nice.
