schönes Townhouse in einiger Entfernung zur Altstadt
Chicca House ist ein kleines, modernes Townhouse in 2. Reihe. Dadurch ist es ruhig, obwohl es an einer zentralen Straße liegt. Es ist zweistöckig, mit obenliegendem, geräumigem Schlafzimmer und WC, und im EG mit einer vollausgestatteten Küche incl. Espressomaschine und Badezimmer nebenan. Der KFZ Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Tür auf einem hellen und beleuchteten Hinterhofparkplatz. Sehr sicher. Zwischen Stellplatz und Haus ist der geschützte Hof. Wir haben draußen immer gefrühstückt oder abends noch einen Wein getrunken. Ein großer Supermarkt für diverse Einkäufe befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. In die Altstadt gelangt man zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus. Vom Auto würde ich abraten. Wir sind immer gegangen - ca. 35 Minuten und haben uns auf dem Weg noch einen Espresso gegönnt. Wem die Entfernung in die Altstadt nichts ausmacht trifft mit Chicca House eine gute Wahl.

Heerlijk!
Ons ontvangst was super door Francesca! Ook het contact verliep soepel. Het was zeer schoon en echt een super mooi verblijf. Fijn dat de auto achter de poort geparkeerd kon worden
De weg naar de parkeerplaats is nogal smal, dus let op met brede auto’s

The hostess was extremely kind, the place was overall absolutely fantastic, and we recommend this stay to anyone visitin
The place was extremely clean, the private parking was so useful and convenient, the two toilets were a perfect addition. It had all the needed amenities like hairdryer, kitchen utensils, a stove, a fridge, mosquito wall plug, shower, towels.. The bed was really comfortable as well and 2 pillows for each person were highly appreciated.
Light sleepers might need earplugs as sometimes the noise from the street can be heard, but that’s it.

La struttura è ottima per un weekend (ma anche di più) alla scoperta di Palermo. La camera da letto è ampia, la cucina ben fornita, e il bagno molto comodo. La proprietaria è stato davvero molto disponibile, rispondendo celermente alle nostre richieste, anche tardi la notte. La struttura è in una zona tranquilla della città e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, davvero comodissimo per visitare Palermo!
