  Great place in the middle of Lecce's old town, with the nicest host

  The rooms are big, pristine clean, spacious and so is the bathroom. The location is exceptional, right in the old town of beautiful Lecce while also close to Porta Napoli, near which parking for the car can be found both paid or free. Now the real gem of this place is Ornella. She will be there when you show up for breakfast with plenty different foods just prepared by her, from savory to sweets (and some brought from a bakery). She's the sweetest woman, feels like your mom away from home and made the experience of our stay 100 times better. Federico is also incredibly responsive if you have any question or issue via whatsapp. Thank you both!

  There were very strong rains during our stay and it would sometimes affect the water boiler, but Ornella would turn it back on in no time so it was barely an issue.

  Great character, intimate, fantastic location, and delicious breakfast

  * Intimate atmosphere: With only four rooms, the B&B has a small, personal feel that makes it different from a larger hotel. * Perfect location: Located between Porta Napoli and Piazza Sant’Oronzo, making it easy to explore Lecce’s beautiful historic center on foot. * Beautiful living room: An exquisite common area full of character and charm. * Wonderful breakfast: Ornella prepared delicious homemade sweet and savory treats every morning. Complimentary tea and coffee, snacks were also available. * Comfortable bedroom and thoughtful essentials: Good Wi-Fi, soft towels and sheets, frequent towel changes, and plenty of toilet paper, cups, and coffee in the room. * Helpful gesture at departure: Although there was a problem when we arrived, Federico made up for it when we left by driving us to the station and helping us find the best option for our return to Brindisi. * Cancelation policy: very good policy, we would pay a few days ahead but could cancel up to the day before the trip.

  * The room was comfortable, but details such as the curtains, which did not close properly, and noisy bathroom door, room entrance that got wet when it rained, and noise guests were in common areas, need attention. * During heavy thunderstorms, the electricity went off for several hours one day and there was some lack of communication about the city schedule. * No hot water in the morning for two consecutive days. * Breakfast was served at 8:30 a.m. * The toiletries were just okay, although the shower itself was great when the hot water was working.
