Good location, nice apart and big pool
Very big pool although poolside basic - no cafe, a lot of concrete, easy to get sun beds in September. Short walk to beach, walkable to Costa Adeje, playa las americas and San Cristianos. Not a bad size apartment but with sofabed in lounge down room was tight. Would be better for 2 people rather than 3 or 4
Aircon only in lounge and not main bedroom. Needed fan or window open but noisy with window open as motorway not far and property on 8th floor.

La ubicación es buena, la piscina es grande (agua salada) aunque hay pocas hamacas. El apartamento tiene buen tamaño. En el dormitorio cama de 2 metros y en el salón sofá cama grande también. Aire acondicionado en el salón Hay utensilios de cocina suficientes,incluso unas sombrillas para la playa.
Poco espacio de almacenamiento y además el armario y la cajonera estaban deteriorados. En el dormitorio una ventana que si abres entra todo el ruido de la autovía y sino pasas calor. El tema del párking, NO hay plaza asignada. 215 apartamentos y 70 plazas....hay que dejar el coche en doble fila con una nota y tu teléfono para que te avisen si hay que moverlo .

Vieta labai gera, yra vieta automobiliui, tik reikia palikti 50 Eur depozitą už vartų pultelį, jį grąžino, kai atidavėme raktus. Šeimininkė labai maloni. Išvykstant mūsų skrydis buvo 18.30, bet kadangi butas nebuvo užsakytas, tai dienai leido išsiregistruoti vėliau, išsiregistravome 15.00.
Šiek tiek jautėsi kanalizacijos kvapas vonios kambaryje, bet šnekėjau su keliais žmonėmis, tai sakė, daugumoje apartamentų jaučiasi šis kvapas.

Great place to stay
Everything was wonderful, we had a great vacation, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, very close to the beach, restaurants & shops, private parking for the car. It is modern & clean, we had a lovely stay
The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else made up for it and we had a fantastic vacation.
