The location both the area and the location on the site were what we wanted. The heating was good. The outside space with table and chairs was good.

The lounge seating was hard. The bathroom door did not fit properly.

    Great value caravan near Chichester

Lovely park with great decked area outside the restaurant/bar overlooking a lake. Caravan was comfortable with everything we needed. Nice decked area with chairs/table outside & parking. For the price it was very good value. Easy walk into Chichester.

Some crockery & cutlery needed cleaning before we could use it. Sofa was a bit hard if you sat for too long.
