    Very dated 1970s but okay for short stay

    The breakfast on offer was a bit expensive however the land lady offered us complimentary toast which we enjoyed.

    No wifi.

    lovely home. friendly hostess.

    soon aa got there Carolyn was friendly and made you feel like family. only just over 3 miles to Ipswich centre. rooms was really nice and clean. if we go back to Ipswich will come back here if not booked. price was really good as well considering ed sheeran was performing so could have put the price up but she didn't.

    nothing that didnt like to be honest. great value and great host.

    Geen airco Veel spinnen Niemand gezien als gastheer/gastvrouw Ontbijt was een verpakt croissantje van de lidl met sap/kleine yoghurt van de lidl.. geen 15 pond waar.
