    Excellent location and lovely sea view

    Twin bedroom was a bit small. Think it was overpriced compared to other rental properties

    Enttäuschend, überteuert!

    Man hatte von dem kleinen Balkon einen sehr guten Blick zum Meer hinunter.

    Der klägliche Stumpf der sicher einmal imposanten Palme in der etwas vernachlässigten Grünanlage schien wie ein Sinnbild für das in die Jahre gekommene Apartment. Durchgesessene Sitzmöbel, hängende Küchenschranktüren, eine durch zurückliegende Wasserschäden aufgequollene Badezimmertür (nur mit viel Mühe zu öffnen oder zu schließen), rostig abfärbende Balkonstühle etc. Wir hatten über die Dezember-Feiertage gebucht, hatten die Idee, den positiv beschriebenen und gezeigten Pellet-Ofen zu nutzen. Eine halbe Stunde nach Ankunft kam eine WhatsApp Nachricht mit dem Hinweis, dass eben dieser Ofen leider seit 2 Jahren nicht mehr nutzbar sei! Das stark ausgekühlte Apartment sollte durch Radiatoren beheizt werden. Dabei war nicht bedacht worden, dass das System für diese Belastung nicht ausreichend ausgelegt wurde. Gleichzeitiges Nutzen von Herd oder anderen elektrischen Geräten war nicht möglich, jedes Mal ein gesamter Stromausfall. Die zuständige Mitarbeiterin sicherte telefonisch zu, bei einem Problem zu helfen, doch wir warteten vergeblich. Sie hatte uns vergessen.
