OK
Lcation was perfect and breakfast excellent
Unfortunately we arrived on the coldest day of the year so far and the boiler wasnt working so there was no heating and we were very cold. If it wasnt for that I would have given a higher score. Hopefully they now have it sorted.

Great value stay
Great position with plenty of parking and visually attractive frontage. Room was clean massive and tidy if a little old fashioned. Bathroom clean and huge too. Nice breakfast served by friendly folk. Great value.
Looking a little tired in places but these places are difficult to keep up.
