Vista mozzafiato, gestione da rivedere completamente
Appartamento accogliente, con una terrazza meravigliosa da cui godersi il tramonto sulla baia di Volos. Location suggestiva.
Comunicazione con l'host pessima. Nonostante avessimo comunicato l'orario di arrivo con 24 ore di anticipo, al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci. Nessuno ci aveva inoltre avvisato che nella strada dell'appartamento non fosse possibile parcheggiare: nel tentativo di uscire abbiamo danneggiato l'auto. Abbiamo scritto più volte all'host sia tramite Booking che sul cellulare, senza mai ricevere risposta. Alla fine siamo riusciti a contattare telefonicamente Eleni, che però non parla inglese, rendendo la comunicazione molto difficile. Siamo infine entrati nell'appartamento solo perché abbiamo trovato la chiave già infilata nella porta. Una volta dentro, altri problemi: il codice Wi-Fi fornito era sbagliato, e ci è voluto un giorno intero prima che il proprietario ci mandasse quello corretto. I tubi idraulici sotto il pavimento perdevano acqua e abbiamo trovato il bagno allagato.
